The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from popular spots and the train station, making it a breeze to explore the city. The room, while compact, was clean and managed to pack a queen-size bed with a bunk above it, which is a clever use of scarce space.
The room layout felt quite cramped, with the shower in the main area, which might not be to everyone’s taste. The breakfast was often crowded and not particularly appealing, making it worth skipping for local eateries. an unsettling lack of wardrobe space made it tough to settle in, and the area for luggage was practically nonexistent. Lastly, the limited English TV channels are a downside for non-German speakers.

I had a fantastic short transit stay while catching up on some local sights. The proximity to the main train station made my journey smooth, allowing me to explore places like St Thomas Church, which was just a short walk away. The cleanliness of the room impressed me, and I found the on-site parking to be quite affordable. It was perfect for my needs, allowing me to unwind after traveling for the day.

Consider verifying parking availability in advance as it can get crowded. A nearby underground garage offers a convenient alternative.

The room layout featured a surprising amount of space compared to other budget offerings, and the shower's openness added a unique twist to the experience.
The pillows were uncomfortable, and the lack of a wardrobe made unpacking a hassle. With only one toilet shared between the ibis budget and classic ibis hotel, lines can become an issue during busy mornings. The breakfast selection was far from enticing, leading to boredom after just two visits. it isn't exactly a culinary highlight. be prepared for a strong self-closing door that you can't hold open when you’re juggling bags.

Leipzig is a treasure trove for foodies! Just a hop away is Auerbachs Keller, steeped in history, and Dhillons Irish Bar & Grill for a hearty bite. Plus, the hotel is super close to public transport, making culinary adventures easy. The lift worked flawlessly, and I appreciated the affordable breakfast that had everything I needed.
The room layout felt cramped. it reminded me of living on a boat, with the shower practically invading the space. Plus, the mattresses were too soft for my back, making me question if comfort was a priority. I'd say it's a spot for a quick pit stop rather than a cozy retreat.

Recommend it for budget travelers
The location is spot on like seriously walk a few minutes and you're at the train station. Check in was a breeze the staff was friendly even helped me stay a bit longer on last day when my flight changed.
It was a bit pricey but I guess you get what you pay for.

The Double Room was clean and had a nice location, super close to the city’s sights and the train station. I loved that I could check in early, which was a lifesaver. it felt a bit cramped with only a small desk and one chair. The shower was in the room and felt like it took up too much space. decent for a short stay, but just barely enough comfort for longer.

The stay was marked by a fantastic location, just minutes from major attractions and public transport. The room was clean and featured a small desk, perfect for catching up on work. the layout felt cramped, particularly with the shower in the room, which intruded on space. a lack of wardrobe space made it challenging to fully unpack and settle in comfortably. Closing the door was a hassle due to its strong self-closing mechanism, especially when managing luggage.
